What is the difference between an original artwork and a print?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by hand. Prints are reproduced copies of an original artwork. At the moment, I only offer original paintings.

Is the artwork signed and does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all original artworks are signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods such as card payments and other options shown at checkout.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on the artwork and destination. Since each piece is framed according to the customer's preferences and carefully packed in a custom-built shipping box, please allow for a slightly longer processing time. Typically, delivery takes around 7-21 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available.

How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ship the painting in a handmade wooden crate.

Can I return or exchange an artwork?
Yes, a non-personalized painting can be returned within 14 days if unused. Commissions are non-returnable under EU law.

What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Do you accept commission (custom artwork) requests?
