Born in 1995 and based in Stockholm, creativity has been a constant thread throughout my life for as long as I can remember.

As a child, I naturally gravitated toward creating my own world. Making my own toys, experimenting with clothing, and shaping my surroundings. Not because I was told to, but because creating felt like a necessity on a deeper level.

Painting has always been my way of finding stillness. From an early age, it became a place where I could slow down from an environment that was often noisy, focus, and process life in a more grounded way. That same feeling still exists today, although it has evolved into something far more structured and intentional.

Today, AO Paintings is my full-time reality. What began as an instinctive outlet has grown into a practice I deeply respect and dedicate myself to fully. Each piece is created with care, emotion, and a strong sense of presence, guided as much by intuition as by technique.

I am drawn to contrast in my work: softness and strength, simplicity and depth, control and spontaneity. I often explore the space between these elements, where something feels balanced but never static.
At its core, my work is about honesty.

Not perfection, not noise.
But something quiet, intentional, and real.
