7. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at aopaintings@outlook.com with your order details.

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

Return conditions:

• The item must be in original condition
• The item must be securely packaged

Return shipping: Paid by the customer

Refunds: Issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item

Exceptions (IMPORTANT)

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Custom-made or commissioned artwork
• Personalized items

8. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

9. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to deduct compensation if the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
