These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through AO Paintings. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
AO Paintings sells original artwork and prints. Each piece is unique unless otherwise stated.
We strive to present all artworks as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT (moms) where applicable.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to an order being placed.
4. Orders and Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
A binding purchase agreement is formed once AO Paintings confirms your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Klarna, Paypal, or similar).
Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Sweden and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Risk transfer: The risk passes to the customer once the item has been delivered.
AO Paintings is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at aopaintings@outlook.com with your order details.
You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Return conditions:
- The item must be in original condition
- The item must be securely packaged
Return shipping: Paid by the customer
Refunds: Issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item
Exceptions (IMPORTANT)
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- Custom-made or commissioned artwork
- Personalized items
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
9. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to deduct compensation if the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of AO Paintings.
Purchasing a piece does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork.
11. Limitation of Liability
AO Paintings is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
12. Force Majeure
AO Paintings is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
In case of disputes, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
